I have configured AHM and if certain test fail they will cause a popup (show message action). But this will only work, when rcc is started on the admin's client.
So I need a test checking whether at least one rcc is connected to the HMA service (Of course this test shall not cause a popup but send me an e-mail)
Q1: Is there a parameter to be checked on the server running HMA to verify rcc-connections? You obviously have something like that counting the number of connections for license issues. How can I access this value?
Q2: How does the popup-messages work: Is there a certain port on which the rcc-clients are listening to the AHM or does rcc continuosly poll the HMA for new informations?

We may implement some macro variable for this purpose but how you will use this variable? In e-mail action started on the schedule?
RCC requests HostMonitorQ2: How does the popup-messages work: Is there a certain port on which the rcc-clients are listening to the AHM or does rcc continuosly poll the HMA for new informations?
