Send Email

Just downloaded HostMonitor and trying to set up a mail message test.
What is the easiest way to do this.
I am new to this so be gentle.

Hi,

ok, I don't know if this is the easiet way but

1.) Configure your Mailserver under Options --> Mailer Settings
2.) Create a Action Profile: Profiles --> Action Profiles

call it fe. mail

under the bad status section --> Add --> Send E-mail

3.) Then do a test and under the test properties choose the created actionk profile

4.) do a test, which will not work or check "Reverse Alert" for a working test


I don't know, if there is a mail test button or something else
