Hi There,

On a couple of my tests when I load up the statistics page I get a "Sorry, no log data available for this test <name of logfile>"

I cannot seem to see what I am doing wrong. Any ideas?

Thanks
Fergus

I have had this problem as well.

The solution I found was that by default the HM doesn't log all data, it only logs changes. In the options on the Log settings Tab there is a switch for save all information and one for save only if host status changes. Select the save all information

Hi,

Thanks for the tip...already tried that!

I have the log files changing daily and use DBF format, will have another look around.

Cheers

Also HM 3.32 can help in this situation. Now when new log file is created HostMonitor records information about all tests.

Regards
Alex

Thanks Alex,

To be honest I'm pretty sure its something I've misconfigured. I'll keep on it and will only post back once I'm sure I've done nothing silly!
