It would be nice than if there were no tests reported on in a folder/sub-folder, then we would not see that folder/sub-folder name in the report.

Ok. There is update http://www.ks-soft.net/download/hm331c.zip
Just add one line into hostmon.ini file: add "SkipEmptyFolders=1" line into [Reports]section.
