Just wanted to say that Hostmonitor is GREAT!, and it is a breath of fresh air to work with a small company that is INSTANTLY responsive to customer support.
I don't have to go through 5 layers of stoopid customer service reps that know nothing. Most companies don't listen to customers for product directions either - but I have seen you provide solutions in the same day/hour as the need was mentioned!

I just imagine what can think network administrator that found our web site and visit forum. It can think "Wow, there are so many problems with this product. Better we buy something also" We have a lot of clients and at least 95% of them does not have any problems. But of course if you do not have problem, you have nothing to post..
