I would like to move a folder into another folder. I seem to be having difficulty moving 1 of 2 folders into the other folder. I have an existing tree of tests and would like to move an existing tree into a different folder, I can not move the tree into the other subfolder. I can move the folder between Main folders. I would like to drag and drop folders. Is there a way to do this?

You can use drag&drop to move folders. If you want to move folder A (of course with all descendant subfolders) into folder B, follow steps:
- open folder B (you must see any descendant subfolder. If folder B does not contains any subfolders, create temporary one)
- click on folder A
- move cursor to any subfolder inside folder B
- release button
