You are using Internet Explorer? Sometimes IE takes information from cache without requesting web site, regardless of HTTP flag that tells browser do not use cache. Simply - IE bug.
You may try to click Refresh several times and browser will request web server. Or you may try different web browser. Netscape works more correctly in such case.
please tell me, where i can configure that my browser refresh automaticly.
You should configure Web Service. Start Web Service, click menu Options -> Advanced and mark "Use HTML command to force browser to refresh content every NN sec" option
