Host Monitor does not measure reply time of external program

Host Monitor does not measure reply time of external program

I am trying to use Host Monitor 5.38 to measure the response time of a Perforce server. Using the "external program" option seems to give a reply time of 0 all the time.

External test method does not measure application execution time. It checks ERRORLEVEL returned by the program.
