Lately I see (HM 5.20) that some test put in unknown state though the server at which they point esten correct. Always it is a question of process test.

You give me some idea on this?

Unknown status means HostMonitor cannot retrieve necessary information from remote system.
What account do you use to start HostMonitor? Do you use "Connect as" option of the test? Or you are using "Connection Manager"?
You are monitoring single domain? Or you are checking many domains?
Have you changed anything in server's configuration?

Please note:
- Process test requires permissions of the admin account
- Remote Registry Service should be started on remote system
- PerfProc performance counters should be enabled (perfproc.dll). You may use Microsoft Extensible Counter List utility (exctrlst.exe) to check status of the counters.

Regards
Alex
