HM Enterprise (Life-Time Upgrades) \ 10 User

Q. If I purchase 10 additional RMA's, will they update\upgrade just as the included 10 RMA's do?

Theoretically LifeTime updates option does not cover additional licenses.
Practically we always extend LifeTime option for additional agents, Web&Telnet Service, and RMA Manager.
So, answer "yes".

So, the next time I upgrade I should state;

Enterprise Life-Time Edition 5.30 w/ 20 RMA's ?


By the way, I like the ability to 'Edit' messages on this board. It doesn't seem to matter how long the post has been up and I can still edit. Nice feature........

If you use the same e-mail address, we can easily find your orders. Also we can search by registration name, address and so on. But the best info - element 5 Ref.No, please keep these numbers
