I cannot get my version on Host Monitor to register. We have a valid key. The problem may be because it's an older version... but that is what we purchased long ago.
We had to reload a machine that it had been running on and now we can't get it to take our code.
The version we are running is 3.50. Please advise. We would like to at least continue using the version that we paid for.
