Saving log files to mapped drive, mapped drive not showing u

Saving log files to mapped drive, mapped drive not showing u

Ok so I have a few mapped drives in windows. They work fine using them through windows explorer. I can read\write files to them. I want Host Monitor to save its logs to this mapped drive. When I go to the drop down menu inside of HM, the mapped drives don't even show up within Host Monitor.

Any thoughts???

I assume you have started HostMonitor in service mode using account that does not have access to remote resources (e.g. local system account).

Anyway, I am not sure its a good idea to record logs on network drives. In case of problem with any system (local or remote) or connection problem between these 2 system, you will lose the information. Also, you increase network traffic and so on.
