|
|
I have a few questions about an issue I am having. When look at last months log in the log analyzer the data is not concistent. Some tests show a period of 13 days some 27 days,26 days, ,25 days. These are all tests that have been running for months, When I look at the individual tests they seem to be having missing times. The tests are set to run every 30 seconds. somethimes they run every 30 seconds some times there can be several minutes between the results. I can send a log file if you wish to see.
Thanks,
Steve |

I have changed the logging to log every event.. My tests still do not log every event. Do I need to shut down HM and start it againf for those changes to take effect? |

***Update***
The log file seems to have all the data in it, but when I go to HM and look at the quicklog window it does not show all the tests. |

Quick log does not record info about all probes.
- If common and private logging mode for test item are set to "Default" or "Brief", quick log will display info about status changes.
- If common or private logging mode for test item are set to "Full" or "Reply", quick log will display info about status and "reply" changes.
