Global macro variables and pager numbers

I tried using a global macro variable for a pager number but didn't work. Is this supported? The examples have e-mail addresses but didn't say if that's all it will support.

No, you cannot use macro variables as pager number. We can improve this in future versions.

Ok, there is update at www.ks-soft.net/download/hm494.zip
It allows you to use macro variables for pager ID

This is "unofficial" update, means there are some undocumented modifications. It was tested and seems to be working fine but it was not tested much. So, better if you keep your eyes on it for a while.
