"Alive actions" doesn't work correctly

I have enabled email-notification for dead and alive actions.

Sometimes it happens that I got a message from my "alive actions" although there wasn't a "dead action" before.
Please help, 'cause such error-messages are not really usefull.
I use W2K and HostMonitor 4.74
