Alex:
We've recently replaced a couple of our older machines with newer machines.
I installed RMA on the new machines, added the Agent to the RMA Manager, and deleted the old Agent.
However, when I now attempt to reference the new agent in a test, I get a dialog saying "Warning: Your license allows you to work with 110 remote monitoring agents (maximum)."
The total sum of agents hasn't changed - we have only replaced some old ones with some new ones.
What am I doing wrong? Thx. |

What version of RMA Manager do you use?
Coudl you send agents.lst file to support@ks-soft.net?

I calculated items in your list several times. You have 111 items

OK, clearly my fault  My apologies.
I actually had 111 entries in the Agents list, not 110. A request for additional RMA licenses is on the way.... |
