I have many sites to manage, all are behind a firewall and client have private adress ip, is it possible that he client sent information to the HostMonitor ?

Or is it possible to centralize information on a relay ( a pc definit on the site , and HostMonitor go catch information only on this pc..))

many thanks

I think you should use Remote Monitoring Agent (http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/rma-win/index.htm) installed behind firewall.

Your answer is RMA. You can config RMA to use different ports, ie. just one single external IP is open (rules in firewall set by source/destination IP should to the security for you). In your RMA Manager you can set the different RMA's to use different ports. It's all open for you now. You can also use just one RMA behind the firewall.. in that case your single RMA would be a "relay" RMA... please keep your eyes strait when you work with "relay" RMA... it can often go wrong (ie. configuration issues of where you are..and the RMA).
Cheers,
