Hi Alex,
I was unable to find the answer in the help file. Which ports are used to run certain tests on remote servers? In this case we try to run the test "Count files" on a remote server. There is a firewall in between that very likely keeps us from successfully running this test. Which port(s) needs to be open? Is this RPC?

Thanks for your help

It depends what protocol do you use to share files. E.g. NetBIOS over TCP/IP uses ports 137,138,139

Regards
Alex
