I think its some problem with OS, but I will check IP-Tools code. Could you please provide a little more information?
- IP-Tools version?
- Windows version?
- Which utility displays this error? IP-Monitor? Connection Monitor? Local Info? Or may be all of them?
- Exactly error message?
SNMP extension agent library is not available. or Error initializing SNMP extension agent. ?

Regards
Alex

I have checked code, everything Ok. IP-Tools displays this error message only when OS cannot load inetmib1.dll library (or cannot find 2 functions in this library: SnmpExtensionInit and SnmpExtensionQuery).
Its hard to say what's wrong with your system, probably missed some DLL which is required by inetmib1.dll (e.g. MSVCRT.dll or snmpapi.dll)
