Is there anyway I can create an alarm that registre the "Bad" status in realtime but first sounds the alarm after 10 minutes?

Use "Start when N consecutive Bad/Good results occur" parameter of the action. E.g. if test performs every 5 min, set this parameter to 2. If test performs every 1 min, set this parameter to 10
