CPU Usage shows 1/2 on dual-CPU configurations in some envir

Host - dual-CPU W2000Server - CPU Usage shows 1/2 of real value.
<local computer> - dual-CPU NT4Server - real value.
Running ver 3.19 on dual-CPU NT4Server

HostMonitor displays correct value for local NT4 system and displays wrong value for remote Win2000 system? Does I understand you correctly?
Probably I found error in the code. Give me one more day to fix it.

Yes, HostMonitor displays half of value for remote Win2000 system, when the remote host is dual-processor?
