I cannot get my email alert to send to all the email addresses that I indicated. The SMTP server was able to relay an internal email address, but not external email address. For primary SMTP server, I enter in the IP address. For the port, I enter 25. Authentication is none. I get the following error:

Email Error #550 (550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for <email address>)
Unable to relay for <email address>
Error cannot send email to <email address>

It worked with one internal email address, but not on the other external email addresses.[/b]

This error appears because mail server checks e-mail addresses of the sender and recepient, it has some rules to restrict incorrect mailing. We don't know these rules, administrator of the mail server - does know. Please, ask him.
Probably you should change e-mail address (that specified in "From" field of the action) to some existing address.

Regards
Alex
