It would be extremely helpful and nice if there was a function to automatically create a report and log analyzer chart and then email them to a certain address at specific times.

Can do it now, but it is a long and convoluted method.

Long and convoluted? What version of HostMonitor do you use?
To create a report and email it at specific time you just need to create 1 action profile with 2 actions ("Generate report" and "Send e-mail") and select this profile on Scheduler page in the Options dialog.
3 min to setup.

You are right about log analyzer chart. It can be easily created at specific time but you may need some utility to send it by e-mail.
Or you may use 2 action profiles (one profile to start log analyzer, another one to send e-mail) and use 2 schedule items to start 1st profile 5 min before 2nd. Yeah, its complicated.. I added suggestion into "to do" list.
