How we can set the Test-Status to bad when a RMA (active or passive) is not connected?

What exactly test?
Do you need special test item that will check connection to agent and use this test as Master for other RMA-related tests?

Or you have some test performed by agent (e.g. Folder Size test) that sets Unknown status when agent is not connected and you want to change test status from Unknown to Bad?
In this case you cannot set Bad status, you can set Warning instead of Unknown.
