Problem Importing BES MIBs

Post by VeeMan »

Hello,

I've got a problem importing a BES MIB file. I've tried importing it by using several different BES installations' files (since they copy it to the Monitoring Service folder in their program files directory, ready for import) but it doesn't work indicating that there are loads of "Invalid Parent Specification" and "Invalid Parent Name" errors.

Can you advise on how I can get this done? I've got the files but cannot attach it here so I can send it to you if you provide me with an email address.

We are running the latest versions of your software (updated yesterday).

Please click HostMonitor (or MIB Browser) menu Help->Support and attach files to the mail.
