SMS send (not a valid integer value)

Greetengs.
I have a problem similar to this topic http://www.ks-soft.net/cgi-bin/phpBB/vi ... php?t=5465. Solution did not work for me.

I have HostMonitor v8.54 (run as service) on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2 (32) with Huawei E1550 USB stick modem.

When i try to do SMS test with settings:
COM4
115200 (tried different)
Huawei Connect 3G/Huawei E220 (tried both)
PDU/Text (tried both)
i get:

Com port open .. Ok
Com port close .. Ok
Error: Cannot send message to +792XXXXXXX. '' is not a valid integer value

Also i tried GSMCenter from those topic.
And got the same result:

ATE1
OK
AT+CPIN?
+CPIN: READY

OK
AT+CREG?
+CREG: 1,1

OK
AT+CREG=1
OK
AT+CPMS?
+CPMS: "SM",19,20,"SM",19,20,"SM",19,20

OK
AT+CSMS?
+CSMS: ,1,1,1

OK

And the same error: '' is not a valid integer value
But i can send SMS through terminal program just using AT commands:

AT+CREG
OK
AT+CMGF=1
OK
AT+CMGS="+792XXXXXXXX"
> test
> 1234
> <ctrl+z>

+CMGS: 57

OK

This work nice, and recipient recives this test message.
Can you help me?

What version of KSGsmXLib.ocx have you installed?
08 http://www.ks-soft.net/download/KSGsmXLib08.zip ?
or

Could you please try the following update: www.ks-soft.net/download/ksgsmxlib15.zip
You need to terminate HostMonitor, unzip the file, replace current KSGsmXLib.ocx with new one, start HostMonitor again

With ksgsmxlib15.zip i have the following:

Test button in SMS GSM option tab works.
sms.log
[08.04.2010 16:07:01] Sys Com port open .. Ok
[08.04.2010 16:07:03] Sys GSM modem initialization .. Ok
[08.04.2010 16:07:05] Sys SMS to +792XXXXXXX has been sent.

When i try to get SMS by triggering alert i have the same reults as quarkstrudel in his topic.
Nothing happens. In quick log i see "SMS +792XXXXXXX has been passed to SMS control module".
In sms.log i see
[08.04.2010 16:12:20] Sys Message has been added to queue

After this Test button in SMS GSM options gives me error
Sending...
Cannot send message to +792XXXXXXXX. Process terminated.

with GSMX registry key (ForceQueueWaitResult=1) i have almost the same result.

Test button in SMS GSM options works good.
But after triggering an alert i have (still no sms sending)
Message has been added to queue
in sms.log
and after that test button gives me

Sending...
Error: Cannot open Com4.

Com4 is really busy, i can't connect to it with terminal program. Only stop HM service helps.

I tried to do some testing with no HM service installed and no registy key presents.
And i get some different errors.
Test button works well, but sometimes it gives some error in sms.log

triggering alert leads to

and playing with test button after this leads to
