All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
I created a Windows Performance Monitor .MSC file that I'd like HostMonitor to execute. Outside Host Monitor I have a batch file that launches it fine (command line is E:\Hostmonitor\Exch-MTA.msc), but if I specify that command line in HostMonitor's "Comamnd Line" I get nothing. calling the bact file with the command line in it also fails. It does call the batch file but I get a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" box and "Runtime Error! Abnormal Program termination" message.
If I click START...RUN and put E:\Hostmonitor\Exch-MTA.msc in it the msc runs fine.
Machine is Windows 2000 server SP4, HostMon version 5.10 and it is started as a service.
I assume user PATH variable contains path to directory where C++ runtime libraries are installed. While system variable PATH does not contain path to this directory.
