regsitration failed

Hi,

I had some problems with my computer and had to install IP-tools from scratch.
As I filled in the user name en my old registration number, the program want accept it... where did it go wrong?
The license is for version 2.xx and I downloaded version 2.5, that should not be the problem...or ? Can you help me?

IP-Tools 2.40+ uses different registration codes. We have sent new registration codes to our customers on September 17, 2004
If you did not receive our mail, please send request to sales@ks-soft.net. Please provide your order number and/or registration name.
