RMA: "Cannot read data"

Post by Blupfis »

Hi,

I've just installed a agent (freebsd 4.5).
The IP's are in the allowed list and the filtermarks are correct.

The daemon runs fine, except that we can't make a connection from RMA.

The only thing that is in the error log (normal and verbose) is "x.x.x.x TCP connection rejected"

When we set the FilterActive=0 it works great.

Does anyone know what could be wrong here?

May be firewall that changes IP addresses?

Alex,

There is no firewall between it.
None of the window's machines have problems.

Also the IP in the errlog is the same as the IP what is connecting, so it's not changed.

They are all in the same network.

Thnx & Regards,

Alex,

Yes I'm using the 1.00 version (freebsd 5.3)

FilterActive=1
FilterList=62.177.208.106
FilterMarks=1

I even tried to use the "default" list with our office IP added.

I cannot reproduce this problem :(
Could you please send entire rma.ini file to support@ks-soft.net ?
