Hi alex,
I'm back for question
I've tested your new function "Acknowledge" that is very usefull for me.
But when I click Right on a test, I've to open the acknowledge status then click on "Achnowledge that".
Is that possible to put the acknowledge option directly in the context of the Right click like Add, Copy, disable ...
Thanks. |

In this case you will not be able to enter comment that describes problem or solution. This option (acknowledgement comment) is important for many customers.

In this case we should add 3 items into popup menu:
- Acknowledge status
- Acknowledge status and stop alerts
- Acknowledge status and type comment
?
I think its too much items for one opration.
Why you do not like "Acknowledge" dialog? If you don't want to enter comment, you need just 2 clicks to perform "Acknowledge" operation. If you need to acknowledge several test items, you may select all items and then set acknowledgement flag for all items...
