There are no such command line parameter...
However you may configure HostMonitor to load/import test items every time text list is changed. E.g. you may use "File Integrity" test method to check text list for updates and use "Execute HM Script" action to import new list.
What the reason to reload HostMonitor?

Hi Alex,
I'm designing a tool to export from a database a list of customers and to check them (ping) by HM ...
It could be better to import the list directly without EXPLAINING to the user how to do it ...
thanks a lot

So, you don't need to restart HostMonitor, right?

Actually even if you want to restart HostMonitor, you may use the same import technology - some test that triggers "Execute HM Script" action and script with "ImportFromFile" command.
That "some" test can be stored in any HML file. Certain HML file can be loaded with command line parameter "/List=<FileName>". E.g. "hostmon.exe /List="c:\hostmon\startimport.hml"
