We've finailly decided to do the upgrade. But now I'm having another problem with Pref Counters.

I'm not able to get any information on ASP.NET counters.

I've gone directly to the machine and copied the counter information and added it to HM. (ip address removed for posting)

\\IPADDRESS\ASP.NET Applications(_Total_)\Anonynous Requests/Sec

I've tried this with 6 different ASP.NET counters and get an error from HM

"RMA: 301 - Error: The specifed instance is not present"

The counters are present on the machine. I have tested this on other machines as well, with the same result. Other counters on the same machine do respond.

Thanks for any help.

Perhaps this is only a typo in your post (and not related to your actual issue) but "Anonynous" should be "Anonymous"...

"The specifed instance is not present" is responce from Windows (pdh.dll).
Not sure why... Will try to find some information on microsoft.com

I did not find any useful information
Its strange other counters work.. Could you check what counters are enabled using Extensible Performance Counter List utility (exctrlst.exe)?

Regards
Alex
