On Traffic Monitor test, under "alert if", can you confirm that "Mb" (as in Mb/sec, Mb/min) means megaBYTES, and not megaBITS?

Is this usage consistent throughout all tests and reports/replies in HM?

(I ask because in this neck of the woods, little "b" usually means "bits" and and big "B" usually means "bytes". But I don't get out much and perhaps this "standard" is only local... )

Yes, "Kb" means Kilobyte, "Mb" means Megabyte. HostMonitor displays "Kbits" and "Mbits" for Kilobits and Megabits.
You are right, KB & MB is more correct, will be changed.

BTW According to IEC standard 1024 bytes should be denoted as "KiB" (kibibyte), KB is 1000 bytes!

Regards
Alex

How about option on Traffic Monitor test to display results in Mbits/sec?

Oh dear. I really don't get out enough. Around these parts, this is a kibibyte
