Search for closed or Open Ports

I am a nebie in the program, and i`am making a tutorial of Bittorent and Emule and I need to now what ports are closed how i can make this whit the program??

Just in Case I need to search if the port 6881 to 6889 and the 4661 or the 80 are close or open how i can make this whidth the program
