We are currently running Host monitor 4.42 and connecting fine to multiple RMA's on Windows Box. We have just installed RMA 0.80 for BSD 4.5 on a BSD 4.10 box. We are able to connect to the RMA, however HostMonitor returns a "Cannot Read Data" box when Test/Get Info.

Are we using the wrong version of RMA? Should we have installed RMA 0.80 for BSD 5.2.1?

Most likely RMA and HostMonitor configured to use different passwords. Do you see any errors in log2.txt file (log file used by RMA)?

Thanks for the help. Turned out it was an error with the IP settings (had private IP config'd instead of Public). RMA now connected and 'operable'.

Thanks,

Jon

Yeah, timeout is another possible reason for the same error message. More often people uses wrong password.
Log file shows what the real error is.
