Telnet Service

I downloaded AHM 4.7. The manual on page 161 talks about a telnet service for remote connection. It seems to speak of it as though it can be accessed through the Options RCI tab, but I cannot find any reference to it.

Is is possible it was not incluced, or did I have to download it separately or something. I would like to try telnet connectivity for AHM.

Do you see telnetservice.exe file in HostMonitor directory?
If it exists, just start application (you may start it from HostMonitor's program group as well).
If file doesn't exist, it means you did not installed Telnet Service.
- start installation program again,
- choose "Update/Repair" installation option, click next,
- select "Custom" mode, click Next,
- unmark all items except Telnet Service and finish installation.
