I have alerts that initially send a net send username "%hostname% %taskcomment% not responding and is down" then send emails & text messages after different amounts of failures.
Occasionally on the server I find numerous (10+) dead NET.EXE command windows. Any idea why this is?
Sorry, don't have good idea why it hangs. Probably some error in net.exe or in some DLL used by net.exe
I don't think it could be HostMonitor's fault. It just starts specified process, HM does not control net.exe in any way
