If the cpu usage is monitor every 5 seconds, Because maybe large than 90% in a moment, but it is normal.
Can i get alert only the cpu usage is large than 90% for 20 seconds?

20 sec / 5 sec = 4. So, set "Start when .. consecutive bad results occur" option to 4
