Where I can config to send to admin mail when some host is down??

1) you need to create test item that will check your host. There are many various methods: http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/index-tests.htm
2) in the Test Properties dialog (http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mframe.htm#tests.htm#Dialog) choose some action profile and click "Configure". Or click "New" to create new alert profile
3) add "Send e-mail" action to the profile http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mframe.htm#actions.htm
You may add "Bad" and "Good" actions or just "Bad" one.
4) Make sure you have configured mail client, options located on Mailer page in the Options dialog (http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mframe.htm#options.htm#Mailer)

BTW: package contains printable manual in MS Word format. Check manual.doc file in the HostMonitor's directory
