RMA crashes every time someone makes a console-login? Or sometimes?
Local login? Or remote desktop login?
We cannot reproduce this problem on any of our systems...

Google found a lot of articles about similar problems (Event ID 7031) but usually problem relates to "w32.blaster" worm... If system is infected, application can crash from time to time... but your symptoms are different. Application crashes when someone login to the system, right? Its strange, I did not find any explanation yet

Alex

Hi

I had the same problem before then I unchecked the check box (Allow service to interact with desktop) on Log on property of RMA service start up. Since that I do not have this problem anymore.

Simon.
