Two instances of Hostmon

When you reloaded HostMonitor (that was started in service mode) using Program icon, it loaded 2 instances (one instance as service, another one as application).

It seems to be fixed in 4.52, but only for telnet and web services (?)

Version 4.52 on Win XP Pro

reload application using Program icon??? How its possible? Icon on desktop (or icon in the Start menu) allows you to start program, not reload.
Am I missing something?
