Can the data collected by HM be surfaced va SNMP up to another monitoring tool like TNG? If so, is it straightforward?

I like HM's URL monitoring capabilities (TNG is a little thin), and would like to have it 'partner' TNG for some application/server monitoring

No, HostMonitor cannot distribute data via SNMP protocol. And I think it will not be implemented in nearest versions. HostMonitor can send data to other appications using TCP/UDP protocol.
