We are running HostMon 4.45 Beta on a Win2K3 server.
Today I tried to delete some tests and got the usual "Are you sure..." prompt, and then this:
"Listing index out of bounds (191)". The message window pops up again and again. (The windows seem similar to a previous 'listing index' post regarding IP tools.) If you close the windows, they keep popping up; the only way to get this to stop is to kill the app and start over. I've tried deleting one test, one folder, and multiple tests, and I've bounced the server. I am not aware of anything that has changed in the configuration.
Syslog contents: 5/13/2004 3:19:00 PM SNMP Trap Listener Error: List index out of bounds (191)
Any assistance is greatly appreciated! |

Did you remove "SNMP Trap" test? or some other?

Hi,
I don't recall deleting an SNMP test from that customer (or any other, for that matter), but it's possible. Right now we have about 8 customers set up. What I have noticed is that I can delete tests from some customers with no problem, but not from others. I'm not sure what the pattern is here.
Thanks,

Hi,
I had a disabled SNMP test set up for one of my customers. Once I deleted this test, I was able to delete other, non-SNMP tests from the customers I was previously unable to delete tests from. Not sure why this fixed it, but it's good now. |
