|
|
Hi Alex,
I have installed the RMA agent on a machine that is on the other side of an internal firewall than the AHM server. A port has been opened for communication and has been set on both componenets (RMA Manager and RMA Agent). The RMA Agent can see the "request data" connection from the RMA Manager and it does accept the connection (according to the logs) after I select the Test / Get Info button; however, the server information does not appear and I receive a "cannot read data" error message.
The hostmonitor has been setup using a static NAT in the firewall. Is there a certain config that is required to get RMA agent communication to work both ways?
Thanks |

What message do you see in the log? "Connection established"?
Do you see "Invalid request packet received" message in "bad" log? If yes, it means RMA Manager and RMA use different passwords.
Regards
