host monitor's version 4.3 (on win2000 server)
rma agent 1.14 (on win2k enterprise)

If I try to monitor rma agent's process test, it will prompt error as below.

Error 301
access violation at address 004620B3 in module 'rma.exe'. Read of address 00D74010 .

We cannot reproduce this error on any of our systems.
Does anybody else experience this problem?
