Ladies and Gents,
Has anyone managed to automatically raise an alert in HP Service Desk
when Host Monitor finds an issue.
The big monitoring applications have hook-ins to Service Desk but they
cost a fortune and are complicated - something HM is not.
This feature would save me a fortune in time.

It depends how you can communicate to this product from the 'outside'. If you have more info on that....... |
