Ip-tools 2.08 scans port 25(smtp) instead of 6400

6400 = 1900h, 25=19h (maybe it's a key to the problem)
OS = Windows XP Pro 2002 SP1
IP-Tools 2.08

port scanner scans port 25 when i specify port 6400

This problem appears due to bug in Windows API (getservbyname function). We found some workaround, you can use this update: http://www.ks-soft.net/download/ipt221.zip
