Hi all Newbie here
Im trying to do a port scan on my brothers ip he's left his computer on aol, he's on broadband i have is ip ad.
but its coming back NO Reply . sttrange
Im using IP-Tool 2.20 on win xp running broadband myself.
Is there any tutorial for this program please or any other help file.

XP with enabled firewall does not respond to ICMP echo packets. Also many 3rd party personal firewalls have this option.
To scan system that does not respond to echo packets click Options menu item and disable "skip address if not responding" option
