After clicking Acknowledge in the Web-Frontend, then we receive this error: "Session closed" user inactivity timeout."
The problem is on different devices and on different browsers.

We cannot reproduce the problem.
Web Service version 6.14 (Web Service application menu Help->About)?
Web Interface version 2.0.086 (right bottom corner on web page)?
different browsers? Latest Edge, Chrome?
Could you send HML file with tests + hostmon.ini + webservice.ini files to support@ks-soft.net?
