Test Interval every 2nd Wednesday

We have a VM that only gets turned on every 2nd Wednesday as it's not needed at other times so we turn off to save money.
I'm trying to set up a test interval for every 2nd Wednesday to make sure the VM does get turned on and haven't been able to work out how to do it. Every Wednesday is fine, every 2nd is the challenge.

Start test once at specific time every 2nd Wednesday of the months?
Use expression like
* Wed#2 10:30

every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the months?
* Wed#2,Wed#4 10:30

start one week, do not start next week regardless of the month?
no such option
